Post-Acute/Long-Term Care In-Person Meeting 

The MAP Post-Acute Care/Long-Term Care Workgroup will meet in person on Tuesday, February 14, 2012 to discuss Hospice Care, in Washington, DC.

This meeting will be open to NQF Members and the public. Any materials pertaining to the meeting will be posted once they become available.

We respectfully request that you register so we can adequately anticipate the number of seats and dial-in lines that will be needed.
