Cardiovascular and Diabetes Care Task Force In-Person Meeting 

The Measure Applications Partnership Cardiovascular/Diabetes Task Force will meet on July 17, 2012. The meeting is open to NQF members and the public. It will take place at the National Quality Forum, 1030 15th Street, NW, Ninth Floor Conference Center, Suite 950 West, Washington DC.

We respectfully request that you register so we can adequately anticipate the amount of seating and number of dial-in lines that will be needed. An agenda and additional materials will be posted prior to the meeting.
