NQF’s Board of Directors in September 2007 appointed an Intellectual Property Task Force to review NQF’s existing policy and develop a formal set of recommendations as to how NQF should alter its existing policy to effectively meet the varied needs of its stakeholders. The Task Force has culminated in the policy framework and recommendations presented in the accompanying draft report, Report of the Intellectual Property Task Force.
The draft document is being provided for purposes of review and comment only—not
voting. Comments are no longer being accepted.
NQF will post and take into consideration only those comments received by the above deadline(s). NQF reserves the right to identify and remove any objectionable content. NQF is not responsible for the views and opinions expressed in posted comments.
