Shipping and Handling

Shipping and handling via US Postal Service is included with your order. If you would like your order sent via FedEx (priority, standard, 2-day, 3-day), please provide a valid FedEx account number on your order form.

Payment Policy

All orders must be prepaid, with the exception of NQF Member organizations which have the option of being invoiced.

Payment can be made via MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or check. All payments must be in U.S. funds, through a U.S. bank.

Bulk Orders

Orders of 10 or more copies shipped to the same address will receive a 10% discount.
