Critical Paths for Creating Data Platforms This project will assess the readiness of electronic data to support selected innovative measurement concepts that are critical to HHS' policy needs. Learn more.
Measure Authoring Tool (MAT) is a web-based, non-proprietary tool that allows measure developers to create and maintain standardized electronic measures (eMeasures) in a streamlined and structured way.
Quality Data Model: Use of the QDM will enable more standardized quality measurement and reporting, and more consistent use and communication of EHRs for direct patient care.
eMeasures: Driven by the EHR Incentive program and the Meaningful Use regulation, HHS requested that NQF convert 113 NQF-endorsed measures from a paper-based format to an electronic "eMeasure" format.
