Ayesha D’Avena, is responsible for the development and use of next-generation tools and systems for operations, strategy, capacity planning, membership and financial management. Ayesha has more than 20 years of executive leadership experience of public- and private-sector strategic planning and leading complex initiatives from concept definition through to implementation.
Prior to joining NQF, Ayesha was a senior advisor at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), where she oversaw the strategic planning, launch, and execution of Medicare’s value-based Quality Payment Program. Before that, Ayesha’s consulting experience included designing physician-centric and user-centered programs.
Ayesha has a Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University and Bachelor of Arts in English and History from the University of Virginia. She loves international travel and has a husband and two teenage boys who have challenged her to expand her comfort zone in the outdoors with remote hikes, blue water sailing, coral reef explorations, and more.
