Join us Monday, September 25, 2017, 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm ET, to learn about a framework that places patient preferences at the center of performance measurement.

NQF and American Institutes for Research® will share Principles for Making Health Care Measurement Patient-Centered, developed with broad stakeholder input and leadership from American Institutes for Research (AIR). This work, funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation, and the California Health Care Foundation, outlines a vision of measurement that is patient-driven, holistic, transparent, comprehensible and timely, and co-created with patients.

Hear from a panel of experts about what this means for patients:

  • Shantanu Agrawal, MD, MPhil, president and CEO, NQF
  • Ellen Schultz, MS, senior researcher, American Institutes for Research
  • Pam Dardess, MPH, principal researcher, American Institutes for Research
  • Tracy Spinks, senior director, quality innovation, NQF
