VTE Phase II 

This NQF project endorsed six national voluntary consensus standards for the prevention and treatment of VTE. The project continued the NQF’s work with VTE and its first VTE report, National Voluntary Consensus Standards for Prevention and Care of Venous Thromboembolism: Policy, Preferred Practices, and Initial Performance Measures—A Consensus Report, published in 2006.
