NQF’s Patient Safety Advisory Committee (PSAC) was formed in 2009 and charged with developing specific project plans, providing advice about NQF’s patient safety priorities, ensuring input was obtained from relevant stakeholders, reviewing draft products, and recommending specific measures and research priorities. This report of the Committee’s work summarizes the current NQF portfolio and suggests five areas for further development.
