Strategic Approach to Performance Measurement for Dual Eligible Beneficiaries Interim Report 

MAP’s task to identify performance measures appropriate for use with the dual eligible beneficiary population is divided into two phases. This interim report describes the activities of the first phase, which focused on understanding the unique qualities of the population, identifying deficits in quality that affect the group, defining a strategic approach to measurement, and characterizing appropriate measures.
