Abstract
The current COVID-19 public health emergency has magnified the strengths and weaknesses in our country’s healthcare delivery systems. This has reinforced NQF’s critical role in driving measurable health improvements. The 2020 Annual Report to Congress highlights and summarizes NQF's work performed throughout the year, emphasizing the broad use of endorsed measures and NQF's critical role in advancing performance measurement.
