National Priorities Partnership (NPP)
Nomination Form - 2010

To nominate an organization, the current president/CEO should submit the following information:

  • Completed online nomination form; and
  • Letter of interest highlighting relevant organizational expertise, contributions to NPP to date, and opportunities for future alignment.
  • Optional: Organizations may submit up to three relevant letters of support.

If you have any questions regarding the nomination process or need to provide additional information, please e-mail us at priorities@qualityforum.org. All nominations MUST be submitted Thursday, May 20, at 6:00 pm ET. Nominations to NPP are accepted for organizations, not individuals.
