Elizabeth Mitchell—NQF Impacts Millions Through Measure PrioritizationElizabeth Mitchell is President and CEO of the Network for Regional Healthcare Improvement, a national network of more than 30 multistakeholder Regional Health Improvement Collaboratives. Elizabeth serves on the National Quality Forum Board and actively contributes to NQF’s measure alignment work through her involvement with the Coordinating Committee of NQF’s Measure Applications Partnership. Formerly the CEO of the Maine Health Management Coalition, an employer-led, multistakeholder coalition working to improve the value of healthcare services, Elizabeth also served as the CEO of the Maine Health Management Coalition Foundation, leading its performance measurement and public reporting program. She is a former board member of the National Business Coalition on Health and past-chair of Maine's Chartered Value Exchange, a convener of Maine's Aligning Forces for Quality Alliance. Elizabeth served two terms in the Maine State Legislature and chaired the Health and Human Services Committee.
