• Senior Vice President, Quality Measurement

    Elisa MunthaliElisa Munthali, MPH, is senior vice president of quality measurement at the National Quality Forum (NQF). Elisa joined NQF in 2010 and oversees NQF’s Consensus Development Process, Measure Applications Partnership, and all other performance measure projects. She has led several Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services funded performance measure endorsement projects related to ambulatory care, patient safety, healthcare disparities and cultural competency, behavioral health, and population health.

    Prior to joining NQF, Elisa worked with the Maryland Hospital Association’s Quality Indicator Project for eight years, where she coordinated education and training efforts on national hospital quality reporting requirements for healthcare facilities across the United States.

    Elisa received a Master of Public Health degree from the George Washington University Milken Institute School of Public Health.
