Join the National Quality Forum (NQF) for a special pre-conference workshop on Monday, March 19, 2018, 8:00am – 12:00pm ET, as part of Thomas Jefferson University’s 18th Population Health Colloquium in Philadelphia, PA. NQF’s workshop, Using Shared Decision Making to Drive Population Health Strategy, will focus on how shared decision making can strengthen an organization’s population health strategy and improve health outcomes.

During this workshop, delve into the fundamental principles of shared decision making and gain a practical overview of important resources, best practices, and strategies proven to facilitate the successful implementation of shared decision making across a range of care delivery settings. Explore how successful shared decision making implementation can achieve key health outcomes, including optimizing both the patient and provider experience, improving quality of care, and aligning care with what matters most to patients and their families.
