Please join NQF’s National Quality Partners™ (NQP) Action Team to Co-Design Patient-Centered Health Systems for a webinar on Tuesday July 14, 1:00 – 2:00pm ET. NQP Action Team members will discuss leading practices and recommendations to advance the co-design of quality improvement and patient safety initiatives within health systems. In addition, the Action Team will launch and discuss the NQP Action Team to Co-Design Patient-Centered Health Systems Issue Brief which seeks to inspire action from those in the healthcare field by highlighting key themes and opportunities stemming from the NQP Action Team discussions.

During the webinar, the NQP Action Team will highlight how healthcare organizations, community partners, federal agencies, and patients, families, and caregivers can collaborate and take action to promote patient-centered co-design. Speakers will discuss opportunities to prioritize and invest in co-design, educate and expand awareness to foster successful and sustainable co-design initiatives, recruit and include diverse, representative patient, family, and caregiver voices, and measure and share organizational impacts of co-design.
