One key source of funding for NQF is membership dues. In addition to membership dues, NQF Forum receives significant public and private funding, including foundation, corporate, and government grants and/or contracts. In 1999, among the founding grants received by NQF was $2.5 million from The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, $1 million from the California HealthCare Foundation, and $500,000 from The Horace W.
