• NQF is committed to communicating the value of quality performance and measurement. We want to help you share your stories of success with healthcare leaders, policy makers, and the general public.

    At NQF, we regularly hear from our members about their outstanding effort to advance quality in health and healthcare. Examples of this transformative work include:

    • pioneering ACOs that are aligning purchasers and providers to improve care for a complex community in need
    • systems that are creatively applying electronic data to quality improvement science,
    • statewide approaches linking long-term care and community resources to acute care hospitals through telemedicine;
    • and an integrated delivery system serving the poor which, through lean processes, is now able to deliver consistently high quality care to more people, many of whom are among the most vulnerable in our communities.

    As part of NQF’s 15 Years and Counting Campaign, NQF is celebrating its members’ efforts to advanced quality each month on the NQF homepage. The campaign, launched in April, will culminate at the NQF 2015 Annual Conference, March 23-24, 2015 in Washington, DC.

    If you’d like to see your story featured on our homepage, please contact us at NQFResults@qualityforum.org to tell us how you or organization is changing the way quality healthcare is delivered.
